About Grindcraft

Grindcraft takes the resource loop of Minecraft and turns it into an idle game. Everything starts with a click on a block of wood. Wood makes planks, planks make sticks, sticks and planks make a pickaxe, and the pickaxe lets you mine stone. Every tier of tool opens a new resource, and every resource feeds a new recipe, until you are producing diamonds, potions and enchanted gear.

The idle part arrives when you craft villagers, zombies and other mobs. Each one gathers a resource for you automatically, so the game shifts from clicking to managing what gets made and in what order.

How to Play Grindcraft

1. Click the wood block to collect logs.
2. Craft planks, sticks and a wooden pickaxe from the recipe grid.
3. Use each new tool to unlock the next resource.
4. Craft workers and mobs to automate gathering.

• Mouse: click resources and recipes.
• Touch: tap works the same way.
• Hover a recipe to see what it needs.

Tips and Tricks

• Upgrade your tools as soon as you can; each tier gathers several times faster.
• Automate the resource that bottlenecks your current recipe, not the one that is easiest.
• Keep a stack of sticks and planks in reserve. Half the recipes want them.
• Progress saves, so leave it running and come back to a full inventory.
